Hartley’s Fun Run has officially begun! We kicked off yesterday with a thrilling Pep Rally, and we are very excited about this program. The Fun Run program involves all students in a fun, team building, fitness event while helping our school raise much-needed funds. Our character theme is Camp High Five, and it’s all about FRIENDSHIP.
At Camp High Five, students will learn . . .

- Friends SHOUT OUT STRENGTHS
- Friends STICK TOGETHER
- Friends SHOW SPORTSMANSHIP
Our entire school is raising support to go toward technology for our students! Our goal is for the Fun Run to be Hartley’s only major fundraiser. We need your help!
Here’s how you can help:
1) LOG ON to www.FunRun.com using your student’s access code found on the Pledge Book that came home with your student. Log on each night to watch the Camp High Five character videos, and enter pledge information. You can even make a fun video to help ask for pledges!
2) GET PLEDGES by connecting your student with 10 sponsors. Anyone, anywhere can pledge your student (except strangers!). Be sure to capture and record the e-mail address of each sponsor, as they will have an easy opportunity to pay for your student’s pledge by credit card online.
3) COME TO THE BOOSTERTHON FUN RUN NEXT FRIDAY! You’re invited! This will be a great opportunity to cheer on our students and celebrate with the Hartley community! And don’t forget, the goal is for every student to run 30 – 35 laps during the Fun Run!
